Salary: £30,000 - £46,000

Hybrid: Central Bournemouth office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday / WFH Monday and Friday.

You’ll bring at least two years’ agency experience in planning and a hunger to grow and shape your own role in a creative environment. You may not have all the answers yet, but if you’re curious, passionate about advertising, and eager to explore new ideas you’ll be a great success.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• A natural curiosity about consumer behaviour and emerging trends.

• A passion for communication in all its forms, from traditional advertising to digital and experiential.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and uncover actionable insights.

• Confidence in articulating ideas and presenting your thinking in clear, compelling formats – usually Google Slides.

• A collaborative mindset, able to work seamlessly with creatives, account teams, and clients.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

 

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy Development:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop strategies that inform and inspire effective advertising campaigns.

• Conduct research to understand market conditions, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes.

• Use insights to craft clear, actionable creative briefs that set the foundation for innovative work.

Insight Generation:

• Analyse data from various sources (qualitative and quantitative) to identify key consumer insights.

• Stay informed about cultural trends, media landscapes, and emerging technologies to shape strategic recommendations.

Client Collaboration:

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring strategic recommendations align with their business objectives.

• Present strategies and campaign results with confidence, adapting communication to different audiences.

Creative Support:

• Work closely with creative teams throughout the campaign development process, providing input and feedback to ensure strategic alignment.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions, helping shape ideas with a strategic lens.
